With the customer’s permission, we will come up with an exact price. When a customer uploads necessary materials too late, there may be delays. In this case, there is no way to issue a refund. As a result, when placing an order, it is best to include all relevant information, including any additional sources.

Disputed Claims

The agency administration will investigate if you are not satisfied and want a refund. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether or not we will honor the refund request. Always remember that we are here to ensure that we satisfy our clients.

Duplicated Order

You must contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an incorrect order. It is important that you explain why the other order is unnecessary (in duplicated orders). You must notify us as soon as possible if your Personal Balance has not changed even though we charged you twice.

You must provide us with a copy of both receipts in order for us to properly investigate the situation and issue a refund for the overage. This is an extremely rare occurrence. Unless a customer paid for an order by mistake, there is no way for us to bill them. We can block the sum of the next order in the event of such incidents. Alternatively, we can issue a discount to cover the total charges.
